There is no design round that tests the application. Instead, there are academic Q&A questions like event loop, ACID, CAP, HTML rendering, etc.
Weirdest coding round I ever faced. The focus was on if you can make something work and not on the performance, problem-solving ability of the code, or code quality.
They expect you to use a database like MySQL and solve the problem in less than an hour.
