Process
I spoke with a recruiter and received the HackerRank test link. This test covers a 1-hour programming and computer science basics assessment. Following that, there will be two on-site interview rounds.
The interviewers demonstrated excellent communication skills and approached programming problems by solving them step-by-step, rather than relying on memorized solutions. I truly enjoyed the interview process at Pure Storage.
