Process
A Pure Storage recruiter contacted me, stating they found my account on CodeFights. I completed a technical phone interview, then the recruiter disappeared.
After a week, I sent an email requesting an update and discovered the recruiter was out of office (OO).
I then contacted another recruiter, as the first one had suggested, via their OO email. This person replied after a week, stating there was not a strong technical match at this time.
I had solved what they asked, and then they asked me to optimize. I was unable to hear the interviewer.
I'm wondering if they are not searching for urgent positions, but just interviewing for the sake of interviewing.
