Two one-hour interviews. I was asked about threads, concurrency, and if, given four points, we could draw a square. I was also asked how many squares can be formed if given n points.

Cons: Middle management is so-so. Company is growing extremely quickly without the infrastructure to support it. You are expected to understand and contribute without ramp-up time. Much company knowledge is inside engineers' heads, who are hesitant to share.
