Pure Storage cares about its employees. During the ongoing pandemic, Pure continued to place employee well-being as the highest priority. For the first year of the pandemic, the executive team held a weekly all-hands meeting to review status with the employees and state the plan going forward.
As for the business, Pure manages its processes well. Even during this time when many companies are struggling with supply chain and overall growth, the company grew faster than the competition and continued to build the foundation for strong growth going forward. This adds a lot to the employee confidence in the company.
Occasionally, there are some roles that need better definition, but such is common with a company of this size. Fortunately, they continue to adjust as needed.
Continue focusing on the employee, and keep communicating the vision so the team feels empowered.
