Pros: People in the office are friendly and would help you feel comfortable working with them. The work is about getting things done efficiently, so the company is willing to provide all necessary equipment to assist the process. Furthermore, the HR unit is very helpful in taking care of the interns and responds quickly if there are any inquiries. The intern weekend is awesome every year, so you will definitely enjoy those weekends.

Cons: Pretty much everyone is busy with their work, and some stayed overtime to finish their project. I wish that I could help out to lighten the work of my team.

The Company is Going Through Rough Times

Interim Software Engineer • Former Employee

San Diego, California, United States

October 13, 2015

Pros: They treat their interns very well (better than the full-time employees). The perks of the internship are very competitive compared to other leading tech companies. There were many activities that kept me busy.

Cons: Your team is assigned by the HR team, who aren't the best people for matching technical skills with the job. Everyone is always busy, and if you're on the modems team, expect long work hours.
