First, I had a phone screen that lasted for an hour. It focused on wireless communication concepts such as LTE, OFDM, channel access methods, error correction and detection, fading concepts, and digital communication concepts.
Then, I was called for an onsite interview which had seven rounds, including HR.
Questions
You have to know the basics very well.
Digital communication and wireless communication concepts should be well understood.

Relaxed work style (if you are a well-experienced professional).
Work-life balanced.
Cons: Lack of technical capabilities.
Advanced design claimed here is indeed average design.
Employees are brainwashed, they believe they are making an impact on the engineering society, but they are indeed just doing routine work.
Politics everywhere. Senior people think they know many things, but they are just a bunch of frogs in a well.
If you are a fresh grad, this is not the place for you. You will find it impossible to compete with people after a couple of years of experience at Qualcomm.

Pros: Good work/life balance is definitely achievable, at least where I was.
Working with great people who care about a quality product.
Moved from matrix-style managers to direct-report managers.
Lots of interesting problems to solve.
Cons: - Work culture has taken a big hit recently with various layoffs and lawsuits.
- Has grown into somewhat of a monolithic software company that moves slowly internally. Also, a lot of the internal tools and processes are outdated or unrefined.
- The communication and collaboration between different teams is abysmal.
- Benefits package is getting worse every year.
