Process
Initially, there was an hour-long phone interview. It went well, and the interviewer was friendly.
Following that, I was asked to visit their San Diego location for an onsite interview. The interviewers there were somewhat rude. They mainly boasted about their own accomplishments, making me feel insignificant.
This was a very demotivating situation. After traveling there, they informed me it was a very senior-level position, which conflicted with what was stated in the telephonic interview.
