Good Vacation, Boring Work
Work-life balance and plenty of vacation time.
Work gets boring at times. All of the good people have left, and I am leaving soon. I know many other people who are looking for other jobs and want to get out.
When you don't pay people what they're worth, people will go elsewhere, starting with the best engineers. And when you pay yourself big bonuses, people don't care about cutting expenses. Lead by example, give back your RSU, and start paying the good people (if any of them are left) enough to get them to stick around. Otherwise, there's not going to be anyone left to run the company.
