Good salary, RSU, and medical coverage.
Very stressful and toxic work environment. Employees are not appreciated at all. They treat us as a pure resource and don’t try to hide it. All of this is because of the mediocre management and managers with very high egos. Good people are constantly being let go.
I have tried speaking to the management so many times. They won’t listen, so there’s no point in putting any advice here.
The position was in Cork, Ireland. I was contacted by a recruiter via email, who set up a technical interview. The phone technical interview lasted about 40 minutes, followed by a quick phone interview with HR.
5 rounds in Chennai. Very smooth interview process: 3 rounds of Q&A and 2 rounds explaining the team to me. Interviewers were very polite; they helped with clues if needed.
Phone interview. Then one full day with 5 engineers. Many of them were mainly on: * Architecture (as seen on resume) * Static timing * Firmware interaction handling Grilled on FIFO timing with async clock domains.
