Process
I submitted the resume through the company website and got two rounds of phone interviews in August and September.
All of them were technical interviews, and the questions were medium-level problems from LeetCode.

Pros: I used to love it here, but now it’s just a job. I still love my coworkers and the problems are interesting. The pay is above average for the area.
Cons: Private equity, beware. There is no hiring, no career growth, and the culture is pretty dead.
