Process
I was referred to the role by a friend. There was an introduction phone interview with a recruiter, and then I was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring lead. I did not proceed to the next round, but the overall process was very smooth, and the people involved were helpful and friendly.

All my teammates are leaving 😢
Software Engineer • Current Employee
September 21, 2026
Pros: I like my teammates :)
Cons: Insanely high attrition in engineering. In my office, we are on track to lose 50% of engineers by the end of this year without a single backfill in sight.
It is quite clear that engineering senior leadership does not see a future for my office.
