Process

I had one phone interview that had some basic coding questions. I then made it past the phone screening, which was about 3 simple questions. I then flew onsite for 4 back-to-back interviews with engineers. They each asked a behavioral question, followed by 1 or 2 technical questions. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

Pros: The office is nice, and most lower-level managers are great.

Cons: Company morale went from 100 to 0 in 2023 because of bad decisions by upper management. A lot of the best people left. Teams were broken up and sent overseas, and things are falling apart.

Cons: - The promotion process is not so straightforward, and it can be difficult to know what to do to get promoted. - Honestly, I had an excellent experience with Qualtrics.

Pathetic company. Buggy product. Toxic people.

Pros: There is nothing positive here.

Cons: Very buggy product. The product breaks for enterprise requirements since internally no performance testing, stress testing and API testing is done. More than the product, the people are "buggy". You have some junior members who are spreading lies about you. You have directors who are making you a scapegoat for their mistakes and you have HR that is appeasing upper management without even giving you an opportunity to listen to your perspective. Stay away from this poisonous place.
