Software Engineer New Grad Interview Experience - Seattle, Washington
Process
A phone interview followed by three onsite interviews during a university day. Lastly, a hiring manager interview via phone. Each interview lasted between 45 minutes to an hour. All of the interviews were technical, including the hiring manager.
Everyone was friendly and outgoing. The interview day was pretty cool, and they have a great office and atmosphere. I got some free lunch and breakfast, and some time to chat with all the interviewers afterwards. They put me up in a nice hotel for the visit. Overall, it seems like a cool place to work, and I can't wait to start.
Questions
LeetCode easy/mediums. Nothing too out of the ordinary. I seemed to get questions about comparing and contrasting data structures on each interview.

Standard tech perks in the office and supports a home and work balance.Cons: Lacking senior leadership, since we haven't had a CTO in a long time, and prioritization is a mess. Product and sales teams are constantly overselling, which leads to us creating half-baked products that go straight to top customers, and so on. Not a lot of support from my management to change roles or move to another org. They are currently not promoting or hiring at all, making promotions ultra-competitive. The company also recently changed the ratings scale, which screwed lots of people over.
