Process
I was contacted via a recruiter and set up an interview.
I had a technical phone interview with an engineer where I had to answer questions and write code on an online IDE. The questions were mostly about data structures and algorithms.
Questions
Write an algorithm to check if a binary tree is a BST.

Avoid at all costs

Pros: Some great people, though a lot of them are leaving already.
Cons: I have been at the company longer than 80% of the company, and I can say that Qualtrics has gone downhill. Pay, promotion opportunity, WLB, and just quality of projects are all very poor here in 2024.

Chill work-life balance but boring tasks and product
Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: - Chill WLB, and 5-hour work days
- Chill coworkers
Cons: - Boring work
- Product is not good. They’ve built a multi-billion dollar company off rebranding surveys as “experience management,” and plot twist: they are exactly the same thing.
