Pros: Having been here the last two years, I think the engineering culture here is wonderful -- very builder oriented, with no EMs hired externally, and a humble, ambitious leadership team, interesting technical problems, and tons of growth opportunities. Peers are inspiring and customers really love the product.

Cons: The mission is simple – to save our customers time and money – and though it is pure for a B2B company, it is ultimately about automating financial operations, which can at times feel less than inspiring. Though all the pros (amazing growth, culture, peers, and work) feel like they heavily outweigh this.

Pros: Good career opportunities for startup professionals

Cons: Work-life balance and not as well known
