I applied online and immediately got the coding round interview. It was a technical assessment. I finished it perfectly and got the max score. I waited about 1 week and was auto-rejected.
Questions
They ask you to build a task management system in 4 parts. In each part they add new requirements.
- The initial part is to just be able to create and delete tasks.
- Then they ask you to add users and be able to assign users tasks.
- Then they ask you to be able to auto-clean up expired tasks.
They have a full set of unit tests for each part that you can test against.

Pros: People are great. My team is some of the best engineers that i've had the pleasure of working with.
Cons: Engineering management is mostly individual contributors doing double duty. This is ideal if you like low involvement management and a relatively flat org chart. Not great if you want dedicated career, and not technical, mentoring and soft skill development.

Pros: You will be shocked that a workplace exists that is this good.
Cons: Honestly, not much. Some might say it is intense, but I think it is fine. You will not be coasting, and it is a fun place to learn and grow.
