Pros: Having been here the last two years, I think the engineering culture here is wonderful -- very builder oriented, with no EMs hired externally, and a humble, ambitious leadership team, interesting technical problems, and tons of growth opportunities. Peers are inspiring and customers really love the product.

Cons: The mission is simple – to save our customers time and money – and though it is pure for a B2B company, it is ultimately about automating financial operations, which can at times feel less than inspiring. Though all the pros (amazing growth, culture, peers, and work) feel like they heavily outweigh this.

Pros: Lots of smart and driven people! Very high speed and good projects!

Cons: Communication between teams is an issue, especially with teams that have lots of surface areas.

Pros: I worked with some of the smartest engineers in my career.

Cons: Directional changes from leadership sometimes create bursts of demand in terms of time.
