I am not sure how Ramp evaluates a candidate's fitness according to a 10-minute HR call.
I applied online and solved the puzzles given by Ramp. Then, I received an email to arrange an HR call to discuss logistical details.
During the call, the HR representative asked me three general questions. After I answered them, I was rejected two days later.
I am confused about this process.
