The interview was pretty good. I made some mistakes, which I realized after rejection. So here I am posting my experience so others don't do that.

I got the call from Razorpay HR, and they explained the complete process. All rounds were related to LLD and HLD. The interviewer was very polite.

He asked me to design a system. I had already designed two big and stable systems in a FinTech company, but I was overconfident that I could design anything without thinking about the problem statement. I left most of the things out when I was explaining LLD.

When we design something for a company, we have many discussions and meetings about the particular problem. But in the interview, it is completely different; you have less time to think about the solution.

The interviewer asked me to design and implement an in-memory SQL. I just started talking without thinking about the problem and began to write the LLD.
