Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Dhaka, Bangladesh

Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

I had two rounds, and both interviewers were looking for the answers they already knew. They were not listening to my ideas, even when I offered better solutions. One of the interviewers was acting like a boss and treating me like a fifth-grader. I have never encountered such an inexperienced interviewer.

Decent Work, Toxic Pip Culture

Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Pros: The kind of work that a person gets is decent. Good for folks who are new joiners.

Cons: Work-life balance is the worst. You have to give an explanation for every second of your time. And the worst part, which happened to one of my teammates, is if any employee is performing less than perfectly, they push that employee into a PIP (Performance Improvement Program) and give them two months to become perfect or else they will terminate that person. I am leaving this organization now after this.
