First there was an Online Assessment, followed by an AI-assisted coding round, and finally a Hiring Manager round. The Hiring Manager round experience varied from person to person. I had a majority of technical questions, whereas a couple of my friends only had behavioral HR questions.

Pros: For me, it was the friends and fellow developers, but don't rely on having that too.
Cons: It's just a series of blank promises and poor culture; they don't respect you, your skills, or the fact of how dependent the team is and crucial a role you play in its functioning.
All the good, exceptionally talented folks have either left the company or are just biding their time in a complacent and docile manner.
