I applied online. The process took four weeks.
I had a pretty straightforward process. It started with the recruiter, and then I spoke with the hiring manager, and the last was the panel interview. The call with the recruiter and hiring manager went great, but the panel interview felt unbalanced. After a very brief 15-minute project deep-dive, the remaining 45 minutes were spent on a single, highly theoretical statistics or probability brain-teaser that felt disconnected from the role and job description.
