Process
The selection process included a one-hour interview and the preparation of a presentation for that interview. The response took two months and came without any feedback, which conveys a lack of consideration for the candidate's time. This experience changed my perception of the company, as it shows room for improving communication and respect for the effort invested by the other party. If you are not going to give feedback, then reduce the interview time and do not ask for a prepared presentation.
