Pros: You can learn a lot at Relativity very quickly, which is great for those just entering the aerospace industry. There is a good mix of new engineers and people who have experience in the industry. The culture is good at Relativity; there is a good focus on DEI and management is very communicative. I cannot say this for all departments though.

Cons: High workload and growing pains; it is still a startup environment here, so a lot of responsibility is put on employees. The rapid management changes and pivots can be a bit jarring. Work-life balance does not seem to be even across the company, and some departments have it better than others. Culture can vary across teams. Benefits are not the best.

Pros: Difficult integrated problems tackled by all team members lead employees to feel like they make a difference. * People care about the company and work to improve it on the technical side. * Coworkers are great people who are enjoyable to spend time with. * The entire company comes together to tackle goals, demonstrating how individuals are committed to achieving company goals.

Cons: As other reviewers have said, senior leadership lacks EQ and is becoming more out of touch with people on the ground. This has started as a slow decay and is accelerating. * Smart decisions were used in the past to reduce work and advance progress. Currently, the company has shifted to working employees toward burnout, with flat-out mandatory requests for weekend work to reach company goals. * It is becoming a "yes sir" culture where you have to say what management wants to hear. * The values of the company are not reflected in how they treat their employees as they have been in the past.
