Three phone screens with a recruiter, manager, and technical engineer. Phone screens are for basic skills, culture, and technical fit. One on-site interview with potentially a presentation and multiple in-person interviews.

The interview process has four stages. The first interview is a simple HR screen that asks straightforward technical problems. The second is an intensive technical screen that is very comprehensive to the job.

The process was kind of unnecessarily long. The staff was really nice. I never understand why companies ask technical questions for entry-level positions. Ninety-nine percent of engineering grads can relearn the concepts in a couple of days. I just d
