Interesting work and great culture, but high pressure

Pros: Interesting and fulfilling work, nice people, strong sense of ownership, an excellent learning and growth environment, a daily $10 lunch credit, and good snacks.

Cons: Strong ownership means lots of responsibility, aggressive timelines, and very minimal 401K matching.
