The company is really picking up momentum in the Terran R program. After a "successful" first launch, there was some churn in the company with a somewhat uncertain future.
New leadership emerged, some ineffective leaders are gone, and the company is turning a corner. The leadership has taken active steps over the first half of this year, from addressing engineering staffing, to ensuring we are all on the same page about establishing a productive work culture.
The company is united in one direction, and lessons learned from the Terran 1 program are being applied to the new program. I have been at the company for years, and I am more confident in the future of the company than ever before.
It's clear some individuals and some teams are underperforming against expectations. This can have a negative effect on motivation to be a high performer. The company could be more proactive in addressing this.
Over the past few months it has been very clear that leadership is listening to employee feedback.
Stronger leaders are in place at the company than ever before, and there is a revitalized commitment to building a great company, in addition to a great product.
Keep leaning in, being open to feedback, and evolving the way we work!

The interview process was relatively long, stretching over several weeks. All said, there were three phone screens before the final round. The final round consists of a multi-hour block where candidates provide a presentation, followed by many back-t
Great process. 1. Recruiter intro call. 2. Technical calls where they went over experience and a couple short technical questions. 3. Final round, which is behavioral, technical, and a tour!
