I had a meeting with HR late in the evening. They explained the position very vaguely and spent more time explaining the future interview process than actually conducting the interview at hand.
Questions
They ask the normal questions, but also ask if you are comfortable doing QA work on top of coding. This is a red flag.

Work for 12-16 hours a day, without compensation.
Legacy code.
Overcomplicated project.
No matter from what team you are, you would work on all parts of the project, because there is no proper way of escalation.

Pros: Truly a dream team, a clear and straightforward interview process, a good benefits package, an amazing onboarding experience, convenient internal tools, comprehensive documentation, and a clear career path.
Cons: A huge part of compensation is performance-based, and performance metrics look subjective. High work pace and talent expectations might not be for everyone.
