Advice to Management

Stop hiring from certain ethnicities if you want real diversity. Teach your managers to respect your engineers and hire managers that actually know what they are doing so they can give actual feedback to your employees.

Managerial framework and paperwork is not real feedback; it's just a waste of your employee's and company's time.
