A three-step process:
- HR Phone Screen
- Phone Interview with Hiring Manager
- In-person Interviews at Rivian HQ
This was the worst-organized interview process I have experienced. HR took days to respond after I provided times for the first interview. The hiring manager missed the first scheduled meeting time. Interviewers at Rivian HQ were late for interview times. There was no offer to put me up in a hotel for the interviews, nor was there an offer to reimburse mileage. After all that, there was no further communication after the in-person interviews, even after sending several emails to both HR and the hiring manager.
