Pros: Great working environment, solid compensation. Management doesn't crawl up your pants to push you to get work done (at least in my department).
Consistently challenges you and a dynamic environment.
Cons: Questionable hires sometimes.
Sometimes smart people are out of touch with how an actual vehicle build goes.
Might be because of the 'rona.
