Process
A six-hour interview was split into different blocks with different stakeholders.
A technical presentation and follow-up sessions were conducted with five different people in blocks of 30 minutes.
These activities extended late into the night due to the US vs. UK time zone difference.
Feedback was requested on a couple of occasions, but none was given in return.
