Process
The interview process consisted of the following steps:
- Recruiter call
- Hiring Manager call
- Virtual onsite
During the virtual onsite, the interview was cut short because I did not perform well. I was not informed about the cancellation of other rounds and waited on the call for two hours, expecting someone to join.
Finally, a recruiter called and apologized, stating that I did not perform well in the first round. The feedback I received was that I did not answer in sufficient detail, although I was not asked to elaborate on specific instances or topics.
