A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked if I would be interested.
They had me fill out an employee application, as if it were 1999. It asked about previous jobs, previous company sizes, and other checkboxes you would see on paper applications, like veteran status.
I filled it out and sent it to the recruiter. A few days later, I received a rejection email. I did not make it to the technical screen.
