Pros: Most of my coworkers are wonderful, and all of us share common values. If you can somehow ignore the dysfunction, the lack of communication, and the invisible corporate culture, it’s a great place.
Cons: No clear progression in roles or compensation.
No formalized corporate communication structure; very little formalized corporate structures at all, like virtually no HR!
It’s all coming soon, but right now, it’s chaotic.

Pros: Good tech stack. Lots of experts around you. You learn stuff almost daily.
Cons: Too unstable. Too many changes and not really any good reason. I’ve been through about four major changes in a year, and nothing really changed. Except they fired lots of people, and we had to work more, lol.
