Applied online and heard back after one month. The first interview was an initial phone screen with the team lead. We went over the things on my resume. The interviewer was great and made it very comfortable.
Two days later, I had a coding interview with two engineers over the phone.

Office culture is great, and the technology is exciting.
Cons: Constant changes make it difficult to know if your work is going to go somewhere or if the program is going to be cancelled.
Lots of staffing changes can make things unsettling.
