Pros

There are many very talented people. You can learn a lot from your peers.

There is a lot of work to be done. It never ends, so you definitely learn a lot and develop new skills.

Almost everyone is kind and willing to help with any situation, and the attitude is collaborative.

Cons

A lot of work, even though they promote a work-life balance. It's a start-up, so the projects change, the organization changes, and you will work on something for a while that can get dropped, and a new urgent overdue project begins.

Advice to Management

Overall management is good. It helps if they communicate clearly and often.
