Process
Pretty friendly. I was taken aback, in some sense, by the different culture of the West Coast. Word choice is definitely very important in your interviews. You should try and consider the way you articulate yourself with passion and kindness.

Pros: Be a hero to kids everywhere.
Own a product and make a difference. Basically, every team has more problems than people. So, whatever you build will eventually become a world-class version of that "thing." And you get to make it happen.
Core values that are actually valued. They're on the company-issued mugs. People actually talk about them in meetings, in interviews, in performance reviews, and when making important decisions.
Cons: As a new employee, you can end up "swimming in the deep end" for a while. Roblox is an incredibly complex product with over 10 years of legacy decisions and systems. It's a lot to absorb.
