Process
The first step was a basic phone screen, which was an HR interview. Questions asked were of the type: Tell us about a time when you overcame an obstacle, greatest strength/weakness, etc. They asked for very basic clarification of projects on the resume (not much technical detail).
After about two to three weeks, I got a reply saying that they were looking to fill a more experienced role (I had applied for an entry-level position and had clarified it on my resume as well).
