The panel was very arrogant. The questions did not capture true skillsets; they were very specific with zero value. One member had his hat backwards and said two words during the entire interview. Another panelist also wore a hat and proceeded to use my resume as a coaster for his drink. This condensation got all over my resume, which I found to be a bit disrespectful. He looked like he had never read my resume prior to the interview and wanted to ask questions that just made himself feel better. I almost walked out and ended the interview. This was the most unprofessional portion of an interview I've ever experienced and does not reflect positively on Rubrik.
