Process
The recruiter gave me an option between a phone screen and an onsite screening interview. I chose the onsite screen.
It was supposed to be an hour-long interview but went on for a bit longer because the interviewer seemed on the fence about me and was looking for a stronger signal. They responded with a rejection email a few days later.
It was a good experience, and I learned a bunch of things.
Questions
A standard algorithm question about keeping track of the sum in a sliding window.
Modified version of the previous question where the data is on disk rather than in memory. This is a very general and open-ended question.
