Process
I received a call from the recruiter through LinkedIn. She was quick and helpful, scheduling the phone interview according to my availability. However, it was only scheduled for 30 minutes.
The phone interview was strange. It was a video interview and lasted only 30 minutes, which created confusion on my end as I wasn't aware it would be a video call.
We connected quickly, and the interviewer rushed me, asking me to implement a problem with only 22 minutes remaining. I completed the code, and he seemed pleased with it. However, the next communication I received was a rejection with no explanation.
I'm not sure what the interviewer was looking for, or if he truly understood my solution. Nevertheless, the company is good, so I would recommend pursuing it.

You'll get pressure to shorten deadlines, but if you hold to your estimates, folks accept them without any issues.
