Cons: Poor WLB Overworking culture Perks have reduced after COVID.

Pros: Lots of opportunity! I learned more here in 3 years than I did in my last 6. Pace is quick, and everyone is great to work with (pretty smart, friendly, with very few bad actors). It's a place where you can take on new challenges each month, and being driven and proactive is rewarded. Management on the engineering side is fairly good. VP level is great; Director level is a little mixed but improving. Product management is also very well run these days (though it didn't used to be). Company vision and execution are great, with a promising future ahead.

Cons: There have been a lot of growing pains. A lot of missteps and poor management along the way, quite a few self-inflicted wounds. Engineering was poorly run at the management level for quite a while, and product management more so. Thankfully, the company fired some senior leaders over the last 18 months and brought in much better replacements. Work/life balance can be difficult at times, but usually it's fine if you know how to set boundaries and give reasonable estimates for work. You'll get pressure to shorten deadlines, but if you hold to your estimates, folks accept them without any issues.

Pros: - Stock growth 3X in a year - Ownership of the work

Cons: - Promotion Forget about this if you're not good at politics.
