Pros: The people are amazing, the likes of which are not even present at Google/MS. They are super competent, yet down-to-earth and always helpful. Compensation is top of the band in Bangalore. Only 1-2 companies can match it, and also you have to do exceptionally well in their interviews for that to happen. The quality of work is really good. I get to use a lot of things which I've learned from my CS curriculum, unlike web development, which happens in most tech roles. Company really cares for its employees. It frequently gives out extra leaves to all the employees so that they can spend time with their family and loved ones. Very high career growth. People with less than four years of experience have become L5 if they have performed exceptionally well.

Cons: The work at times can be hectic, especially during production releases. However, this is understood since this is a startup; the responsibility per person is high.

Pros: Dedicated mentorship, quick ramp-up, and working on significant projects very early on. Compensation is better than anywhere else I've seen. Very fast growth and potential.

Cons: Slightly longer hours than somewhere like Google. (Work 10-7 or so, including lunch + dinner)

Pros: Good work culture and talented peers

Cons: Work can get boring sometimes.
