Process
Absolutely the slowest interview process I have ever been a part of.
Recruiter takes two weeks between each step to respond, and they're too cheap to do an actual on-site interview.
Employees seem full of themselves, and the company gets offended if you try to negotiate or mention you are interviewing at more established (read: better paying) places.
All in all, they took over four months to finish the process, after which the offer was not worth the time at all.
Save yourself the trouble. Find a less arrogant startup, or better yet, go make actual money at a mature company.
Questions
Easy questions that are obfuscated so that engineers can feel smart.
These questions should be fine if you can do LeetCode, but are a pain to code up because they are intentionally vague and have many edge cases.
