Good pay, location, and meals. They are competing and want people from Google and Facebook so their company can run, so they pay higher than what you make at Google/Facebook. This is a way to attract workers so their company can grow, and that is why they pay more.
Leetchers code so copy and paste it.
They are only nice to employees who come from Google and Facebook, and those who graduate from Stanford University. They aren't nice to others who come from a different background than what they asked for.
It is kind of like a storage start-up company, but it seems like there are so many others to compete with. It appears to me that they are copying from other companies, or else why would someone come to the storage distribution company rather than going to their direct source, such as AWS (Amazon), Azure (Microsoft), VMware, or GCP (Google)? Think about it!
There is a super high workload.
Respect other people from different backgrounds. Also, acknowledge the fact that you listened to us, really listen, and act when necessary. Please do respond. You just don't blindside anyone.
The panel was very arrogant. The questions did not capture true skillsets; they were very specific with zero value. One member had his hat backwards and said two words during the entire interview. Another panelist also wore a hat and proceeded to use
I got referred in, so the recruiter sent me directly to the first technical round on algorithms. I was given one LeetCode-style problem which I was supposed to solve with an interviewer on call for 45 minutes, and there was no system design involved.
The process is quite long and takes around 3.5 - 4 weeks. You need to be perfect in all rounds. * Recruiter * Hiring Manager * Take-home (if you qualify, then you will be sent to the next rounds) * Four technical rounds: * 2 Algos
