For those looking to work at this company, I recommend staying away.

• HR is incompetent and only cares about building its empire.
• RTO is completely screwed up; not enough parking spaces or desks. Management will not admit how screwed up it is and will only rave about how great and successful it has been.
• People are expected to work both US and India hours.
• Leave before 3pm and WFH for the rest of the day/night. Due to calls with APAC, if you leave after 3pm, you are spending the night at the office. Being stuck in traffic will not be an acceptable excuse for missing a call.
• Management fosters a toxic work culture.
• Management will assign a bunch of scut work on top of your regular job. Performance is graded solely on the scut work. Management will not care how well you do your regular work unless someone escalates.
• No WLB or praise/rewards for going above and beyond.
• No viable strategy for products or the company.
• Management only cares about building their empire.
• Aggressively driving out talented and competent workers.
• Workers are either burned out or suffering from complete mental breakdowns. To all workers, please take care of your mental health; no one else in the company will.
• Toxic work culture through and through.

Do a deep evaluation on just how competent the managers, directors, and VPs are. Most of them are empire builders that could care less about the success of the company or delivery of products.
