The interview process included: * Two phone interviews * One day of onsite interviews with three whiteboard sessions. I had lunch with engineers, and the CEO and VP were present, eating alongside us. It was a really close-knit and warm environment.

Hackerrank test, followed by a recruiter call, then four rounds of virtual onsite: 1. Data Structures & Algorithms 2. Systems coding round 3. Culture interview The entire process took about 8 weeks.

I interviewed with Rubrik in August 2020. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and scheduled the first screening round. He told me that it would be based on concurrency programming, so I took about a week to brush up on multithreading concepts.
