Pros: A lot of challenges to explore. Supportive engineering leadership to help you pursue different areas. Doing well from a business perspective.
Cons: It is very hard to make changes to some of the core components due to heavily coupled systems. There is no clear vision on what the platform should look like, at least it is not widely shared.
